Activity 5: “Making a healthy menu”

Description	Children will keep working with their groups and through the program Excel they will calculate the calories of their menus using QR codes to check in this way if the food included in the menu is healthy or not. With the information that they have picked up in the previous activities they will make the healthy menu through a powerpoint. Also they will make an infographic with the fat, calories, proteins and carbohydrates percents. Finally, each group will present their menu and their infographic to the whole class and the children will vote for their favourite menu.
Objectives	-To learn to prepare a menu with Mediterranean diet  - To know the importance of a healthy diet to prevent diseases. -To develop healthy habits and customs. -To value food as a basic aspect of quality of life -To become aware of leading a healthy life.
